I hope the full song gets released. I just thought I'd play along with it roughly so that the chords can be seen by anyone wishing to learn it. It was written by Adrian Johnston and Crispin Letts (performed by Beth Rowley) ps. this is my first ever youtube post so please be kind ;-)

Great theme tune .love the chords . Hope it can be expanded into a full song . Also love strike ,almost as good as Sherlock with cumberbatch .

Andrea Hope I spoke to Beth, she said there's a full version coming on the strike DVD release. Don't know when. Was written by someone else for the TV series.

Lovely song - deserves a release. Beth Rowley's really good. Well done on your first KZfaq video - you should try more covers, perhaps various genres. You're clearly accomplished and I would guess that you have some of your own stuff that you could put on line too.

I will get a better camera than my phone and some help from some singers I work with. This is a great song, burt way too short Jonathan.I know it was written as the soundtrack tune for the TV series Strike, but still, I wish it was longer.Well played mate.Nice of Beth to comment on your video.

Thank you! Only just saw your comment. I had a chat with Beth Rowley on facebook at the time. It was written by two men, one of which held the contract for providing the theme music (I messaged them with no joy). Only the 40 seconds you hear was recorded but sounds like it's an edited part of a full song and I too really want to hear it!!! Susan Crookes I've actually found one of the writers on facebook and sent a polite message just asking if there is a full song and if it'll be released. Lots of people have asked Beth Rowley herself but she hasn't responded yet lol.

Trying to figure out the chords you are playing. Looks like you open with an E, then I can't tell if that is a C, G or probably G over C? then a C, D, Bmin, F# minor, A#, back to that C/G thing? Help a brother out. It is a great little tune with a big time hook and you do a nice job accompanying.
