Here's my live cover of Marilyn Monroe classic song, I wanna be loved by you from Some Like It Hot movie. One of my favorite ones.
It was one of the first songs I sang on stage when I was a kid. Have always been in love with Marilyn.
"I Wanna Be Loved by You" is a song written by Herbert Stothart and Harry Ruby, with lyrics by Bert Kalmar, for the 1928 musical "Good Boy".[1] It was chosen as one of the Songs of the Century in a survey by the RIAA to which 200 people responded (out of 1300 asked). One of Marilyn Monroe's most famous musical performances is her singing the song in Billy Wilder's classic farce Some Like It Hot.

My dear Alyona, better than you can not cover Marilyn! You will not only be able to hit the tones an the unique vibrato perfectly, but also your charisma is in no way inferior to the original!! You have an angelic, bell-like voice, from gentle and tender, to hard rock. The bandwidth is just amazing and extremly rare in this form! Be it soulful or with power, you´re just awesome! Simply the best! But you should not just leave it with cover songs.You need your own songs, written by excellent songwriters!
