Idk if Jenna still reads comments, but if she does I hope she knows that my therapist suggested I watch her videos whenever I'm having/coming down from anxiety or panic attacks, because my therapist told me that laughing is the best way to break me out of my bad head space, and Jenna always makes me laugh. I've watched this video so many times, because it always brings me so much joy. I hope she knows that she's made a very real positive impact just by being herself and sharing that with the world
