Big was / is cold , has never left my rotation since “ 94 “ & now that I’m 42 years old I realize just how young 24 is , he was incredible. His verses are timeless & still sound so fresh. Can’t help but wonder how much he would’ve evolved if he hadn’t suffered such an untimely demise .
@blaquenguni92492 ай бұрын
I think a lot of RnB and rappers from the 90s were 5 to 10 years older than their showbiz ages, even older. Showbiz has always lied about people's ages to make them more relateable to the youth.

@DonnKeith in your opinion nobody compares to the background digital underground pamper wearing humpty dancing school of the performing arts ballet Shakespeare actin toothpick Shakur but in my opinion and a lot of real hip hop heads that knows what it takes to be a total mcee Biggie is the GOAT 🐐..He flowed effortlessly wit ease...Anything that you do regardless if it's sports music etc anything that is difficult to do and you make it look effortlessly that's greatness..Biggie made hits partying wit broads all around no pen pad just hear beat knod his head and go in booth and murder tracks..From 94 to 97 Biggie was on every station every rotation all day and nite .Pac who went from black evolutionist to so called thug is a poet he wrote his poems down then producers added tracks afterward plus pac struggled with his delivery..After the movie Juice pac saw how popular that character was in that movie so he then became Bishop in real life to sell records .His ego got put in check and his ego got hurt once real street cred goons whom he was warned by Biggie and Mike tyson were not good company and had rep on streets made an example out of him showing him that he was a studio gangsta not a real life one..Pac had smoke for any and everybody that was in the music industry but no smoke for dem real goons that took his jewelry and robbed him at Quad..Pac was nothing but a real life motion picture actor in real life and he done his job becuz his fans to this very day thinks he was the hardest gangsta rapper of all time. AND believe me Biggie came up battle rapping on the meanest streets in NY where hip hop was originated .If he wanted to respond to that BS hit em up he would have murdered pac and probably ended his music career but biggie didn't get into the industry for that he left the streets to make a better life for his friends family..Real Niccas move in silence at least the ones I know they don't walk around wit tatoos all over them advertising thugism or how hard they are they let their work speak for them..I do not own any pac music I will neva listen to any of his music lyrically he don't come close to Biggie

I think if it was up to Big he wouldn't be out there at the end of the day Puff made the decisions. From the stories I heard Puff was holding him hostage in LA if he didn't come he wouldn't get paid thats a tough decision to make especially when you have two kids. Puff didn't have his best interest at heart which was evidenced by what transpired that night.
