@RexXflash as a Texan, I have to admit we do drive tanks. Though sometimes they end up having their barrels removed for safety concerns. But it's perfectly legal to drive a tank in the middle of Dallas, just not on any highways. However. I do not know if it's legal to drive a tank in the middle of London, especially in front of Buckingham palace. Well, there is always declaring war on the british.
