A GUEST at Prince Harry’s Invictus ceremony claims that noticeable absences revealed the royal family’s ‘emotional indifference.’
The Sun’s Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson described how he had attended a thanksgiving service in St Paul's Cathedral to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games earlier this week.
Speaking on The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, Matt described how Harry had been surrounded by loved ones, but very few family members.

Given the age of Will and Harry at the time of their Mother's death, how dare he attack the family they do have, I'm sure they were mortified. Charles Spencer is a very angry man and it would be interesting to hear what he thinks about his outburst of very personal criticisim, at such an iconic event.

May I just point out to you two that Harry, whilst in London last week meeting children whose parents have died in conflict whilst in the military, when asked "Where's Megan" by the children said "She can't come to London because it's too dangerous for her" How crass. At the time he knew she was hiding/lounging in the Windsor Suite at Heathrow waiting for him to join her for the faux royal tour to 'peaceful Nigeria' which is on many countries 'NO GO ' list. How about reporting that instead of having a version of 'recollections may vary ' amongst you. We, the public have not forgotten anything.

Why did the next of kin her brother not go to Paris to identify Diana and take her home . no the jerk decides let's leave it to her ex husband her protector still living under his roof at 1A kensington palace but continue bash him and have digs at him at every opportunity when he feels snubbed the latest being he did not get invited to the coronation. He never attends anyone's celebration in the family and after his attack on the RF why would they invite him.

Charles Spencer suffered horrific abuse as a young boy at his prep boarding school (from 8 years). He recently written a book about it. He wasn’t the only one abused at that school. His mother effectively abandoned him when he was an even younger boy (I think 3 or 4 years old). His stepmother was an absolute b!tch. Each of those would make it difficult for him to form healthy relationships. Enduring all of them made it impossible. His first wife was a heroin addict and alcoholic so also made that relationship very toxic. The police are investigating what Charles Spencer had said in his book to see if there’s anybody still alive to prosecute for the endemic abuse.

Charles Spencer is such a BIG HYPOCRITE HIMSELF, as it's been said how cruel he has been to his wife, his children didn't even invite him to their weddings!! Say's it all, he just wants to stick the knife into King Charles and thinks he can grift off Harry. The public can see through Harry and his manipulations. They know he pays himself huge “appearance fees” to turn up at all these supposed charity events. They can see that he has turned the Invictus games into a vanity project for his wife and the donations to the charity have taken a dive. No amount of PR can hide all these things and no amount of covering up his and his wife’s avarice will change anybody’s mind. As for Charles Spencer his conduct to his own family has not been a shining example of family unity. Where was he for the weddings of his daughters? Why did he not give them away like all fathers do? I have a daughter that has not spoken to me or have I seen her for 13 years, I missed her engagement, wedding, and the 2 bites of my grandchild. The reason being she had just inherited a quite amount of money from my mother. When he came into her life, I advised her to very very careful on her decisions for a future with him. He had been married and divorced 3 times and each marriage lasted less than 3 years. She hadn’t spoken or made any effort to mend our relationship. She blames the entire situation on me. If you studied any genetics you'll also know it's genetically impossible for her to be 43% Nigerian based on her family tree. And that's just the outright lies. I have to disagree with the commentator when he said that the British people want peace between Harry and the rest of his family!! How can you say that he is the one who wants peace when he can’t even apologise for what they did? Until that is done, how can you expect the family to take them as part of the family, coz, how can you trust them? How can you even have tea with him? The most important thing is : - as the Prince of Wales he supported his Mother, the RF as a whole and the Institution of the Monarchy, until the late Queen's death. Whatever happened or didn't happen, was said or not said, it wasn't shouted about to all and sundry from the rooftops. That's the Harkles way of doing things, not the King's.

jack royston is clearly out of touch with reality. charles spencer is a special kind of s+++. he wasn't invited to his daughter's wedding. it shows what kind of a father and person he was. so he can smile and pretend as much as he wants he is an ah. he has a book that is in need of publicity that is why he is around harry. harry is not behaving. harry can come privately to London and visit his father when ever he wants. he chooses this short stopovers in London to force family to react. he can come to UK, spend there a month without press releases. nobody doesn't need to know. but that wouldn't keep meghan in the public eye. netflix wouldn't be satisfied. it is all about publicity and money.

@@joanneguerrisi888Harry never left the safe zone and was only in an Apache when a pilot flew him around the safe zone while they filmed scripted scenarios. Harry never seeing combat has always been spoken about openly in the US by military stationed with him.

Only one was for anyone stationed in Afghanistan. The rest were nonmilitary for the Queen's jubilees. He used to wear pilot wings, but stopped after two superior officers publicly said that he was never an Apache pilot. Apache gunners are required to be licensed Apache pilots as well. So, they are trying to find roundabout ways to say what they are not allowed to say.

No matter what the royal family does, their action _or_ inaction will be spun against them by those that dislike them. They just have to soldier on and the most important thing at this time is to minimize stress and strain on their health. Surely that means _no contact_ with Harry or Meghan. The family owe those two nothing. If I understand the situation correctly, however, there is much that Parliament could, and should, do create a healthier way forward: i.e. initiate the necessary steps to remove Harry and his offspring from the line of succession, remove Harry as a Councilor of State, and remove his and Meghan's Duke and Duchess titles. Imo these things should have been done long ago.

I heard that Lady Jane Fellowes, (Diana’s Sister, Harry’s aunt ) told Harry to get his hands off her, when he hugged her at St Paul’s and was very dismissive of him ….. Not mentioned in media, or here ! Perhaps they feel more loyalty to their OTHER nephew, Diana’s OTHER son, who has had to endure 4 years of insults and trashing from Monteshitshow?

Harry needs to see his family in a private capacity. He needs to go and see him when there is nothing on, and then maybe go to a christmas there. He acts like he doesn't like his family, but just wants to use them for publicity stunts, or weaponise the fact they are tentative about seeing him by choosing the wrong times, knowing they'll probably say no. Why should they have to appear at Harry's thing, he's never even acknowledged their previous support when he talks about the origins of the invictus games.

Harry is simply intellectually and emotionally not intelligent and mature enough to be able to genuinely reconcile. With his wife as powerful and relentless enabler, backing him in his perceived victimhood, I am not very optimistic that a reconciliation will be possible as long as he can make money out of his attitude. Only way out is for the press and us to stop reporting about him and let him sink in oblivion. May be then he will have a positive insight.
