YES! She is the result of the upbringing as a golden child. A person who never realy learned to deal with the consequences of her own actions. Those who are primarily should be blamed are her parents! The result is a person who is mentaly instable unable to behave correctly respecting boundaries and when confronted with the consequences not to put blame on others or making her own a victim by harming herself.

This story had so many holes in it, it could hardly hold itself together. Honestly, it wasnt bad, but in a lot of areas the writer was trying to out Scooby Doo the twists and turns. Most of the story was not needed.

In California, you cannot drink until 21. However, there are places that serve alcohol that may have waivers to allow people in for tours, activities, etc, as long as they are 18. Napa Valley is a beautiful place. It is not just a bunch of alcoholics. Also, OP and his daughters enjoy historical locations, and film set locations, so they would really enjoy it there.
