I still vividly remember my first panic attack as well. It was in my first year of middle school so of course I had NO IDEA what anxiety was or felt like. For people reading this, don’t expect vitamins to fix the anxiety every time, but purchasing a QUALITY multivitamin or anxiety-targeted blends (cheap otc vitamins at big retailers are mostly filler, which the body can’t really absorb/utilize properly) can help lessen symptoms and severity. In cases where nutrients are so depleted, a regular vitamin intake (through food or purchased vitamins) can work wonders.

I am totally with you on that! I get so much bad anxiety any time I have to interact with people that I don't know. Even when I'm just going to the grocery store I get so anxious when I'm getting close to the store before I'm even in there I feel anxious just about going inside. I have bad social anxiety I've had it my whole life even as a kid. I don't know what triggers it it just happens! Like when I'm inside the store I feel like everyone is looking at me or judging me by my appearance when really they probably aren't doing any of that. They are just shopping for their own items and could care less about other people in the store it's just our minds get into that mindset once we are out in public at least for me it does. even making phone calls to pay my bills or having to speak to a representative about something important. Just about everything I do I get really anxious! It's completely Awful the anxiety controls so much of my life... I take anti anxiety medication just so that I can function for at least a few hours. I definitely understand what you are feeling and what you go through dealing with anxiety. God bless you!!! ❤

I hate when people make anxiety out to be like it just being “ anxious” it literally has nothing to do with being anxious. Anxiety and panic attack should literally have another name like death attacks. It’s not a joke people who really suffer from this. My heart goes out to you and I pray that you find healing and release, as I myself have personally been on this journey. It’s very real, it’s not a joke, and it’s nothing to be taken lightly. It can eventually start manifesting and affecting your overall health, well-being and quality of life. Mine has been to the point where I have been debilitated in bed for days and hospitalized many different times straight up, thinking I was dying because that’s how you feel and mine has started manifesting physically, unfortunately. The fortunate people who don’t have to experience that they can’t even understand what someone goes through when they’re having an anxiety attack or a panic attack. They suck, and I don’t wish them on anybody. Mine has gotten so bad to the point that I became suicidal because I’d rather die than to continue living my life with anxiety. I’m not into pharmaceuticals, I prefer a holistic approach. So now, in order to manage it, I have to make sure that I have a consistent daily schedule. Plenty of sleep, I have a very clean, very healthy diet that I stick to. I cannot drink alcohol, I don’t smoke, cigarettes, or do drugs, I can’t even drink coffee , or anything caffeinated. If I don’t straight up get a workout in every day, I have to at least go on a walk for 30 minutes and go ground and put my bare feet on the Earth. If you’ve done the research about this, it works wonders. It’s not just some hippie BS. The Earth holds an electromagnetic charge that you’re only gonna get from the Earth when you touch it with your bare feet, hands and body. I have to incorporate meditations in my daily life, prayer, and just a very balanced lifestyle to manage, keeping all anxiety down. I still do not like big crowds, with random people or loud over the top environments, it sucks because sometimes I just feel like I’m not “fun” I just can’t do what “normal” people do cause I have to manage my health and well-being over “fun”

I had trouble breathing and my chest felt like I had a hammer pounding into the middle of my chest. It hurt so bad. My sister called an ambulance thinking I was having a heart attack. When I got to the hospital they monitored my heart and the doctor told me it wasn't a heart attack but an incredibly strong panic attack. The doctor told me to learn how to deal with stress because in the future it would get worse if I didn't. When there's a lot of stress in our lives we need to calm ourselves otherwise we won't live long that's for sure. @@chromed3pth i think what she wanted to say was that some ppl don't know the actual difference between panic attack, anxiety and just feeling stressed so everytime they are a bit stressed they like to jse these terms so loosely that it's losing its actual meaning. I hope it made sense bcz it's a bit harder to convey by writing.. U will know better once u meet ppl who actually suffer from these medical conditions.

I had two panic attacks twice in 2016 within two months of each for no reason. Went to the er both times and was told I had a panic attack both times and was given Xanax both times. Never had an attack before and haven’t had one since. I still don’t know what brought those attacks on since nothing in my life had changed and nothing scary or dramatic had happened prior to either attacks.

Yup!! Anxiety and panic attacks are so real and so random! The last panic attack I had was 2019 at 3am( pre medication), all because I let my hair get so knotted (I was very depressed so my hygiene was very low) and I couldn’t brush through it. I shaved it all off and ended up in a psych ward two days later for a whole month 😂😂 it’s funny now but very scary at the time. I completely understand her.

My first experience with anxiety/panic attacks happened literally on my birthday. I couldn't sit or enjoy my birthday at all :'( I kept going to the bathroom to try and catch my breath. I thought my heart was gonna burst or just stop beating! ugh. I think my triggers are loud noises and a lot of people around. So for her to be on a red carpet were all that's happening & being in the public eye...whew. You go Kendall
