Do you feel like you need to look a certain way to be happy?
The girls from these two stories were consumed by this idea.
Becca was a curvy girl trying to take care of her health. So, she took up yoga classes to help her. But during the sessions, she felt the judging looks of women who thought of her as an outsider because of her weight. And at some point, Becca’s coach said that she didn’t belong there.
Ava, on the other hand, thought that because she didn’t look “feminine enough” she’d never find a person who’d love her. And to solve this “problem”, she decided to follow a guide from a book on how to be a “real” woman.
The girls tried to do anything to change their appearance. Yet, that would only cause more problems for them.

Yes this applies to all human beings, most dominant societies try to set beauty standards for clout chasing and getting viral as fast as possible, forget what the media says most if not all are clout chasers who don’t mind to make any damage to the people who don’t meet the standards so to all people f*** the media and be yourself At the end we’re human beings none of us are perfect only god is perfect, our uniqueness and difference makes us the people who we are because if we all have everything in common then we won’t get along so easily, cause god said if there were two gods ruling the universe then the universe would’ve been destroyed

I'm plus size and do yoga, did yoga since I was in high school and slimmer and did yoga during both of my pregnancies. The new coach was nicer but the woman didn't have to lie about being pregnant.

Linda got what's she deserved for shaming someone and being very nasty/rude for their apperearence like that poor woman in the story, now her cilent doesn't want anything to do with her after they wittness her behaviour which is why her studio is shut down for good.

First story, the former yoga coach learned that it's never wise to judge someone by their appearance because of the fact that you can be judged by your attitude in the long run and for the second story the doctor learned that real women aren't perfect and perfect women aren't real and never will be, lesson learned and problem solved.

Ok thats not how that works. Lets not demean yoga instructors please? You have to have training to be a yoga coach, you cant just walk off the street and do it. People actually take time to study that profession so maybe dont crap on all their hard work by saying it can just be handed to you.
