The mom is definitely the most interesting character in this story. She's so unpredictable.

I love the ending and how the protagonist accepted herself and her weight, but Susie’s situation made me a little sad. The guy shouldn’t have lied about his sexuality to turn Susie down. Susie 100% deserved punishment for bullying Hope, but on the other hand she probably needed therapy and emotional support from her family. Literally no one was there to comfort Susie when the guy she liked ended up dating her sister.

I love the fact that she didn’t end up changing for other people; you just gotta learn to love yourself ❤️

I like how the rich mom is level-headed, and empathetic towards Hope. Too often, rich people are portrayed as rude and snobbish. "Fight for your man, Hope."😃 That is wholesome, right there. 👏

I'm happy to see that she didn’t get slim again. She learned to love her body, accepted the way she look, i'm so happy for her. And she got herself the best boyfriend. My ex boyfriend used to bodyshame me even though i wasn’t that fat. He made me feel insecure. I regret my relationship. Guys like josh are rare. Hope is really lucky to have someone like him in her life.

More people need to bring light to things like this. I have a condition that makes it hard for me to lose weight. I'm a healthy eater, I work out, but I just have so much excess fat on my body. I've never been skinny even as a small child I was bullied. But it's not stopping me anymore. I found people who love me for who I am, and if you're like me, you will find your happily ever after one day ☺️

Hope's mother is the sweetest always been there for her and taking well care of her daughter. The love she has for Hope shows and she is very brave for standing up to Suzy whenever she would make fun of her sister. Hope's daughter is gorgerous and she has the best boyfriend ever. Hope you are beautiful and special the way you are always be you cause you are special inside-outside girl.

Best characters! Josh was an amazing person from the beginning, he didnt want to embarrass a girl when he rejected her, and he stood by the mc's side from the beginning. Mom was super supportive and kind, her husband adopted a girl from the orphanage and she was happy with it, then she stood by her side when she was in love, she stood by her side when her sister was jealous of her and body shamed her. Dad was a really wealthy yet really kind person to adopt someone and share his mansion. Brother was a good person to the main character the whole time.

Remember it is on the inside that counts, and that boyfriend is a fantastic guy sticking with her rather then being a jerk like her sister. Hope is very lucky to not only have a loving boyfriend but a friend support group. Best moment is when they stood up for Hope calling her sister out on her BS. And that mother is very wise knowing that her daughter was loser all along.
