Vladimir's enpowered Q has all of the numbers times 1.85, that's why it has a weird ratio (60*1.85 = 111)

3:24 For anyone curious, it's not a reference to anything: There's just no flat value for the empowered version, instead both the flat damage and the ratio are multiplied by 1.85 80 * 1.85 = 148 60% * 1.85 = 111% You can tell this is what they did because on any ability where Riot did this, it only shows the change in the first value at different ranks ("Damage [80/100/120/140/160]"), whereas 148 isn't listed there. owo

-Almost never use E in lane besides prepping minions under tower by tapping it or proccing phase rush. You will take a huge amount of damage to yourself by holding it -After 1 item can hold for damage cuz now your HP & AP make up for the damage you take -Level 13 you are god because now E CD is 3 seconds (E Rank 5 at lvl 13) -You can R while holding down E for a near impossible E -> Flash R -> E Release combo You have now mastered Vladimir

Another tip: You can set E to slow cast so that you don’t have to hold it down. Makes E combos easier to execute. You’ll have to press E again to release. Then you can do the combo Pekin mentioned easily: Tap E -> Flash R -> Tap E
