Fasting, cran berry juice, Sugarless, D' amanose herb, celery seed extract , fast as many days as you can, only the juice and herbs I said, no solid foods, drink Dandelion tea no sugar, 2 x each day you fast, It help kidneys to flush, rest ,regenerate, I'm on day 2 right now already feel way better ,after a week Kidneys will be at full capacity again,done this many times over the years ,it's effective
