I was in shock when, during a meal at a restaurant, I heard the voice of my cheating wife and her AP from the next booth. They were openly belittling and mocking me. Oh God, it was my business partner. In fact, I was his sole source of income. This fact would be his undoing...

I was angry at the disrespect of this woman and her lover and daughter but was glad when the polish man started to put his (get out) plan in place. Women who disrespect their husbands, need to be taught a lesson.

in Canada if you even just live with your girlfriend for a year you're considered common-law partners, and if you live together for 3 years she can try and claim spousal support if you split, it like alimony just a bit harder to get granted but it has happened don't even have to be married. I went to see a family lawyer before I moved in with my ex. I followed all her advice to protect myself even though we never got married. and one thing she said was if I ever decide to marry her as a male with a construction company you should always get a prenup. even if you have nothing before marriage get a prenup it will protect you she said.

Be proud of you roots buddy, I am half Japanese on my mother's side and a Caucasian father and I honor both roots and incorporate them in my life. But no one ever had the balls to insult my Japanese heritage

If you find out that your wife is cheating on you with your best friend and both of them show you no respect and in the end your daughter turns out to be his daughter, then the revenge is enormous by taking away his job and getting a divorce. Then they can now find out for themselves and that was exactly the Karma he expected.

I know this story is pure fiction because he was the sole owner of his home before marriage so he did not have to sell the home and split the money. Plus with the DNA evidence he should have to pay child support. In fact he could have sued her AP for every penny he spent on the child .

Most men will always sign it because they think that the child is theirs BUT if at a later date he finds out that it is not his kid he should by all rights be able to take his name off the birth certificate. Florida has new laws and other states are changing because women are cheating, getting pregnant and lying about the real father.

@@albanybestdrumline not so he can show that he signed the birth certificates under false assumption that the kids was his. Once he shows proof that his wife knew they wasn't his then he can sue her and her AP. PLUS he can have his name taken from the documents leaving the children with his exes maiden name. Thus no child support. And a lot of money from her and AP

i do so like the things you highlight on your channel, and i also like your views and how you articulate them. I wonder if you could do me a favor and ask why " So called m,moderators" in debates on podcasts, never seem to do their jobs and allow the loud, rude, obnoxious fanatics to talk over/interrupt the opposing people on the other-side. So much so, that i rarely get to hear what they have to say. It makes me lose interest in the debate/Pod cast.

Probably because he was still paying for the house until they were divorced, and not fully paid before marriage.

@@ahmadyusof2480 tHAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. ACCORDING TO LAW THE ONLY THINGS THAT ARE COMMUNITY PROPERTY IS WHAT IS BOUGHT after the marriage, not before. Sorry for the caps, didn't realize it until I was half way through.

John, it depends upon the state of residency, and the state laws governing separation/divorce. It sounds like it could be, New Jersey, New York, or Massachusetts. All three are left-of left-of-left places to reside.

@@johndickson435 It depends upon the state, in some states she gets half of all assets regardless of when they were acquired. In my state he would still have to pay child support even though he is not the father.

What is with the "Polish" thing over and over. If there is some deep cultural bias against Polish people, i have never heard any. In fact, up until this atory, if anyone ever volunteered that they were Polish and alluded to possible Polish jokes i would have been completely perplexed. Only slightly less so now. So that made the story rather disjointed as it seemed everyone was mired and aware of such an apparently prevalent bigotry.

too many details relating to the cars and no data relating to the story, it makes it difficult to follow such a complex narrative that it postpones the solution to the problem too much.
