Hey Mc I’m not sure if you remember but last year toward the end of the year someone in stream asked you what was the best premium knife that isn’t overly expensive and you told him to get the max ace black mirror and after you said that I decided to get myself one too and I love it so I’ll probably pick up one of these

I like the recurve, with the beefier tip. It should be a really good cutter, and the tip looks very poky poky. A straight blade would be cool, too, but someone has to stand up for the recurve, cuz it's freakin' cooler.😊

Yoooooooooo, I've been using this knife for the last week. Its absolutely perfect for cutting open plastic shrink wrap cases of beer. I had been very curious to try a recurve, and the SBD Derecho was my first. But that tip makes me want to baby it. Imma use the Maxace everyday for work though. I fucking love it.

For my personal tastes, this is the most approachable AND compelling Maxace you’ve shown off yet. And I’m not mad at the blade shape, though I would need more practice sharpening recurves certainly. That is, in fact, why I keep a Kershaw Clash around…

Heh. I love those MaxAce sealed thermal padded envelopes and I love this blade shape. I'd probably buy this knife and the Vortex S too, if they just had reversible pocket clips. MaxAce, lefties and left pocket carry exist!

Nah, i like it specifically because of the recurve. People just need to actually learn to sharpen their knives. Not that I think other blade shapes are a bad idea

300 series steel is not hardenable.... so you can't make a pocket clip out of it because it wouldn't spring lol
