The accident completely shattered her arm rendering her unable to function properly.

Ulipata accident before upate mtoi, hivyo time ya covid si ulikuwa Naivasha before jobs zimefungwa ulikuwa unafanya pale cephas na that Ketraco guy husaidia mtoi wako. Please please please women. If he does not value you, walk away. If all he does is stress you and remind you of your worthlessness to him, walk out. Leave them alone. No family making , no family is greater than your overall well being. In as much as God is for family, He is so much more for an individual because He bought us at a very expensive Prize. He is not pleased when one suffers all in the name of marriage or family. Walk away before you are crushed beyond repair. You can be happy and at peace alone. This also applies to men who are suffering.

further court fee can be waived on account of disability unless your lawyer is not ready to assist you, in fact the court has power to exempt you from paying under pauper provisions,i am hurt.

I am so sorry for the accident part, but I have to say this, the part about this lady not having a place of her own to stay, and her kid not going to school, is purely untrue, She lives in a self-contained house, and her son goes to a private school. Please let's not take advantage of Kenyans coz there are genuine cases out there that deserve help.
