Mine was Laurence. Harder then all the other bosses combined on my first playtrough. Then I watched a guide and realized that he only has like one attack that he spams and I was like… wtf?

I remember the Abhorrent Beast in the chalice dungeons really f-ed me up. He's like left-handed or something so he usually punches from the side I like to dodge to. It took me FOREVER to get his patterns down 😂

The genuine reactions kill me every time because that's exactly what every one of us said when we got to that point.

We all hit a boss wall. This game has several and it's always different from player to player. My walls came in the DLC for this game. Such good masochistic memories.

I struggled the most on Ebrietas and Ludwig. I found Orphan not too hard because I figured out some of his parries and was able to play it slow and cautious. I don't even know how I beat Ebrietas, and although Ludwig phase 1 became genuinely easy with practice, phase 2 took a stroke of luck to beat.

It makes me so happy to still see new Bloodborne playthroughs :) (Ebrietas was also the hardest boss for me BY FAR)

Logarius was the hardest boss for me in Bloodborne, DLC included, and the only one I needed to summon help for. I never managed to get good at parrying and he’s the boss who punished me the most for it!

In Bloodborne, my roughest boss was Cursed Amygdala, who I had to farm for abyssal nourishing gems. That bastard is so brutal, and I've died so many countless times to him that he became my favorite boss. Souls games really do give you some messed up love-hate relationships

That's funny, I beat the daughter of the cosmos in one try, but she managed to land a hit that killed me right when I killed her, but I still got the win. The bosses I struggled with were the hunters and the human bosses like father gasciogne and lady Maria. But my first playthrough of the game, I beat the daughter of the cosmos, darkbeast paarl, the one reborn, celestial emissary, witch of hemwick, and the living failures in one try. The enemies I spent most time on were father gasciogne and blood starved beast, I gave up for months after losing well over 50 times on both. Those two bosses got me to quit the game for almost a year.

In Logarius' 2nd phase when he sticks his sword into the ground and those flying swords fly at you, you can lock onto his sword stuck in the ground and shoot it and that stops the whole flying swords attack of his, after that he's just parry bait.

1:40 was to funny when he said “Im not scared of you” then she used the auger of ebritas, had the same reaction when I first found iosefka.

Bolt & thrust atks will annihilate Ebrietas The summon is especially in handy as it will distract Ebrietas while you kill her additionally, for the little that matters, I believe the choir armor set is the best one to equip if you don't want to get 1shot from her call beyond

After many years of my on again off again relationship with Bloodborne, I beat the game many times with my first character. Wanna say I was on NG+ 6, did chalice dungeons, the whole vanilla game I tore through. Through all that time I never played the Old Hunter's DLC. After I bought it I was near ripping out my hair trying to beat each and every boss. The amount of accomplishment I felt beating Ludwig, Lady Maria, and -my God- The Orphan of Kos. We're talking 30+ tries on each. Still never got platinum because of Alfred's questline weapon. Oh well, that's my story with this near perfect game.

For me it was the (headless) Blood-letting Beast in the cummmfpk chalice dungeon, in that dungeon you only have 1hp so you have to defeat everything without getting hit once, the first 2 bosses are a cake walk if you know how to cheese it (I got vids on it), and the final boss is utterly impossible unless you use a certain build to beat it. I still haven't beaten it yet.

2:50 Orphan of Kos... took me exactly 100 attempts... Every other from soft boss (outside of Sekiro because i'm not good at that game) I defeated in 10-30 attempts.

The one boss I struggled on was the amagdayla but it I was the defiled cursed chalice dungeon took me like 20 runs to beat it

Didn’t take me a month, but Martyr Logarius was definitely one of the hardest bosses for me. I love the entire Soulsborne series, but I’ve never been good at parrying in any of them.

I think I was stuck the most at Isshin partially because I stopped playing due to school. Still it took me 20-ish times to finally beat him. Probably my favourite fight in all fromsoftware games and gaming as a whole.

Blood starved beast almost made me quit the game the 1st time I had to beat him😅 pretty weird to me how once you know the basic mechanic of dodging the fight basically becomes a cakewalk

1.5hr-2hrs is the longest I've ever spent on a souls boss and that was midir and orphan

7:08 basically, all of Yahar'Gul's inhabitants were abducted and experimented on (the weird amalgamation things) in an attempt to artificially create a Great One (The One Reborn) and all the people you see are just summons from Bell Maidens throughout this area

You definitely got lucky that Martyr Logarius did so many regular attacks with his scythe (the only way to counter and visceral attack in his fight) because sometimes he solely focuses on Arcane

I hope you tackle the DLC after this. However, if you do I would recommend you complete it during this playthrough. NG+ Old Hunters will make the Ebrietas fight look like a day at preschool.

Thank god I'm not the only one who's stuck on this boss well you beat it finally so congrats. I've been stuck on daughter of the cosmos for a week now and i just can't seem to beat her it's driving me crazy lol guess I'll have to grind level up more get my hp and stamina up more I'm level 140 the only other boss that gave me trouble was blood starved beast took me 5 days to beat. But all the other bosses i killed first or second try so yeah i had to put the game down for a bit cuz i was getting frustrated and getting migraines from getting so upset. But I'll beat it eventually just not right now. The game is amazing but I'm not great at souls games like some are. I'm trying to git gud but I'm failing at the moment. But I'll beat that thing one way or another. And again congrats on finally slaying this boss cuz she's a pain in the butt.

Ironically Reiterpallasch is extremely strong specifically against Emissary and Ebrietas because of the fast thrust attacks

Funny thing for me, my toughest boss wasn’t even a boss. It was the damn bloody crow of cainhurst at the end of Eileen’s quest. Took me like 3-4 hours but man are the weapons worth it imo.

Ebrieatas to this day was the only boss that made me quit for a little. Cleared most bosses easily. The funny thing about From Softwares game is one person might struggle on a boss you beat first time but it might be reverse on another boss

The only boss in dark souls games that’s actually given me this amount of trouble is the dancer from dark souls 3 I was absolutely amazed that she was that hard as I didn’t think it could be possible
