Im 55 i left the church at 12. Past 2 weeks struggling with coming back. No struggle anymore. This is a sign . Jesus wants me back home . I need to be with you all to fight this evil! Im a miserable sinner but i will not side with satan! Update... I have for the past 3 weeks been trying to find a church tlm or N.O. I sent emails explaining my situation. Not a single church has reached back to me. I was seeking counciling and advice on coming back. I now remember why I left the Church. I'm not a serial killer or something heinous that I shouldn't be allowed back. Then I remembered the event that lead to me leaving the church. When I was 12 a priest at the church I attended threw a homeless man from service. The man did nothing but sit in silence and watch. That's what I remember of this "church". I thank you all for your kind words. But I will go back to the World that at least is honest...brutal but honest. When I face the Lord.... I will tell him... "I knocked at the doors of your church , no one answered" I bid you all peace and health.

We are all of us miserable sinners. I recommend praying the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and the Rosary every day…these two practices were so powerful in my return to Holy Mother Church. Schedule a general confession at your local parish, bare your soul before the Lord, and receive Him in the Eucharist. You will never be the same! This is what Christ came to dwell among us for. Place your trust in Him and Our Lady!

With all due respect, we must always pray, but there is time for everything According to Catholic tradition, the homily time at Holy Mass is not for praying the rosary. This should be done before or after the Holy Eucharist. 🙏

My two uncles and aunt were 25ft away from the first shot. By the grace of Jesus they were saved. We found out 20 mins after the shooting began, I rushed out of my house, went to tell three family members whose phones were not on and headed to the Blessed Sacrament to pray an emergency rosary for the president, my family and our country and for peace in Palestine and Ukraine. Thank God Saint Vincent Basilica was open because my main parish was locked.

I went outside to calm down after this happened this afternoon and my neighbor came by and was assuming I would agree with her when she said she wished he didn’t survive, putting it mildly. I was horrified. I told her I’m a Trump supporter and she was shocked. We talked briefly and as she was leaving I said, “Well I hope you still love me because I still love you.” I’m still shaken up because I wasn’t looking to fight about politics and then to hear how she believes all kinds of lies. Now I want to move. We’re going to need to pray for heroic virtue and courage. God protect us!

In the UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC RITE, ✝️☦️ we/they do the 'SIGN OF THE CROSS' from 'top' (forehead/ The Father) to 'bottom' of the Heart 💓 (The Son), and then from Right (R) to Left (L) shoulders (The Holy Spirit). It is the same in Ukraine in the UKRAINIAN GREEK CATHOLIC CHURCH. The 'SIGN OF THE CROSS' is done the same way in the UKRAINIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH. ☦️ FYI: Within the "Catholic/ Universal" Church, there are many different types (rites) of catholics. And one of the largest is the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Byzantine (Eastern) Rite, right after the Roman Catholic Rite. His prayers certainly helped but many faithful Christians have been praying for Trump’s protection for many years. As a Catholic, I sure have been along with many of my fellow Catholics and Protestant brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank you Father for praying multiple times with us. We watched live and it was wonderful for my husband and I to just put our phones down, hold hands, close our eyes, and feel the Holy Spirit move for our Nation. God heard the prayer of his servant and God answered that prayer. Yes, God saved Mr. Trump. The Priest was an instrument or part of God's plan.
