Definitely want to see what's left of the wreck, but as far as the people involved and who did and didn't do what or who's lying and telling the truth... just drop it and walk away dude. You'll never find out the real truth, don't let it haunt you. Just focus on the reef wreckage because that you can see and report as truth.

I get the strong intuition that you and Jill are honest. I will add gracious to you both as well. It appears from listening to you tell the story and from watching the videos that there is some lying going on from the other party. I can only imagine how hard it must be to decipher between the truth and the lies. When people want to protect themselves they are good at being deceitful. It is clear in your telling of the story that you are determined to be caring, grateful and willing to let go of the things that need not debating. At the end of the day I appreciate that you are committed to protecting your own joy and happiness in the situation and to give the benefit of doubt at every place you can. My worthless suggestion is your videos forced them to act. They would have probably left it had you not made the videos. The spinnaker was unique. Have the owners away.
