I think part of it was how utterly outclassed they looked in the first 2 games... and the second game without the dpoy. But yeah not just the media, tons of people have no foresight when it comes to the playoffs. Their minds change with the most recent game.

A lot of people don't understand what they're watching with Jokic and the Nuggets. Denver plays a different style than the casuals are used to seeing, so they don't really get why they're such a great team, or why Jokic is an indisputable all time GOAT. In the first two games Murray was not getting past screens - maybe due to injury. But in the last two games Murray got over the screens and that makes the Denver offense lethal.

At the 5:15 mark, Coach Malone having Aaron Gordon bring the ball upcourt 27 times and taking the pressure off Jamal and Nikola was something in which the Timberwolves had no answer. I wonder if in game 5 we will see any Wolves adjustments on that? There may be nothing they can successfully do about it. GO NUGGS!

I didnt see these last two games coming the way they played out. It's like it's 2 different teams playing compared to the first 2. Jokic gets what ever he wants in the paint. AG is the difference maker though. He can guard your best player and is always at the right place at the right time.

Well, it's understandable that people wrote off the nuggets. I never seen them (jokic in particular) sink to that low in game 2. As a nuggets fan (and huge jokic fan), I was shell shocked. After a couple of days, I felt that if they could respond well in game 3 they could do it. It definitely stretched my belief though haha

These guys aren't students of history if they don't realize that a playoff team can look flat and dominated in their first 2 games at home and come back and dominate and win a series. This has been done time after time in the NBA, NHL, and MLB. You win 4, not 3, for a reason. Add to that these guys are battle tested but sometimes it isn't even the champs that do this. I knew the Nuggest would play better and make adjustments. How effective, I had no idea. But no surprise whatsoever they turned this around. Now I expect Minnesota to play well and be competitive in game 5 in Denver.
