@@richardclarkmoore Too true. I think it's worse for you in NZ. I was there doing some MTB last year at Taupo and Rotorua and I was mildly shocked at the price of basic grocery and stuff. I was lucky to buy some good stuff back in the late Noughties when AUD was parity with USD and eBay was still a safe place for great bargains. I've jagged a few good scores over the years and rarely sell anything. I only buy if the price is right. I am gonna sell my Abasi Larada 7 and Morello Strat to fund an LP Custom though.

@@MrScrofulous phew that is steep. But yeah NZ is brutal, but at least we have a lot of music stores! I hear in Oz there are hardly any, and no big chain ones.

@@richardclarkmoore Manny's is pretty decent as a chain, but that's the only one that comes to mind., but that's about the only one. I live quite close to Guitar World at Nerang which has a huge range of premium guitars. There used to be Billy Hyde and Gallin's Gibson stores, but they went bust in the 2008 GFC. Pedal Empire in Brisbane is unreal for pedals, and there are a few other good stores in Brisbane. They are scattered about, but quite a lotto good stores really. I buy online a bit and haven't ever really been punked.
