Yo mate what up welcome to another lawn tip vid... bloody leaves I'm have the same problem today was more a charity mow just to mulch leaves from the one tree on my property.. would cut it down but all my neighbors keep cutting down their trees and leaving nothing for the birds to enjoy I like the massive birds around the property don't know what they are but they are some native bird here in NZ so worth keeping around 🤙

Guess you need to turn it over and completely reseed. I also tried overseeding by cutting extremely low and it didnt really catch on sadly. sometimes it works, sometims not.

After a very long, dry summer in Perth I've decided it's time to deal with 6 months of dog lawn abuse and do an overseed. Thanks for the info.

What is the reason your over seeding with Rye? Is it to just make the Ki look a bit better during winter? Does the Ki take over again in the summer or what happens. Cheers

I know you’re really good at getting your seeds to pop.. . But Have you ever tried pre-germinating your seeds? I see people getting really good results.

What brand of grass seed did you use, and was it generic? Remember, you get what you pay for! Also, you may want to get a compost spreader. It's really comes in handy when you're overseeding.
