@@BenittaDanielle Sure thing! One memory that stands out for me is navigating the office dynamics and finding my place in the team. It was a learning curve, but the support from colleagues made a huge difference.

Thanks for the video, enjoyed it so much. Transition is never easy man, but hey we learn and keep going. For me I think the hardest transition was from High school to Uni yho nothing prepared me for Uni, lol felt so scammed, second would be corporate, I didn't know I struggled with accountability until corporate literally all my jobs before that had little accountability to my supervisors but learnt a lot and grew from the experiences so I am thankful.

Whew! Thats deep right there! “I didn’t realize I struggled with accountability” You saying that means you REALLY had to learn and adapt. You’re so right, you have to take ownership over so much and can’t fly by anymore

Are you a prophet? Because wow this video is spitting facts. I’m a single mom. My daughter will wait for me to get home at 7/8pm to tell me she needs glue. She has a phone with more than enough data for her to text me so I can at least make a plan before I come home. Oh and I’m also a church volunteer so I’m in church on Wednesday and Fridays or any other day if we have rehearsals. This is by choice so I’m not complaining. Some days I have to go to gym after work. The difference is that I’m self employed. But I work normal office hours sometimes go months without leave because leave means I don’t get to make money. Lol I’ll just stop here for now. Adulting is a lot

But even at work you also have Some leave time right? Like you had some time off at school . And at work you're working towards a high position like making partner 😉, there is end in sight . You can start your own business too
