@The Canadian Lad 2:13 The suit is Mk 6 which was severely damaged in the rotor. Mk 7 was used for final fight after he came to Loki to threaten him.

His HuD is truly the best. I love how it turns mode in this movie. You can see the bullet count and stuff. It displays only the information that a person would need in a battle

@@TheCanadianLad sadly that thanos easteregg of half a planet was just a happy accident Joss whedon in a official statement admitted that the studio wanted thanos to be there coz hes the coolest villian in the comics The writers wanted include him but joss felt that he was too much for the very first movie and that he didnt know what to do with the character So he rather left him out for future movies It was anthony and joe russo who wrote the characters backstory and created the whole destroying half of life in the universe coz of overpopulation! Until Russos involvement, thanos was a sketchy character with meagre motivations for collecting the infinity stones Until that point everybody thought that his motivations are inclined comicbookwise and that death would show up eventually So its not a detail and definately not an easter Just a happy accident Know your facts before posting misinformation

Thats just a happy accident Half of these details that he shows are happy accidents Back during avengers josh whedon himself said he didnt know what to do with the thanos character He wanted to take it in a different direction then comics coz he felt the comic motivations for Thanos would never work on screen But he admitted that he just put him there coz he wanted loki to be a secondary villian and not primary! He wanted someone above him!

I'd like to point out a parallel between steve and tony. When steve is about to sacrifice himself, he takes a last look at Peggy. Similarly, before nuking the chitauri mother ship, tony takes a last look at pepper.

People talk about the mistake Tony made which led to the chaos of Ultron and then indirectly the Civil War, and they talk about the final sacrifice as Tony's redemption. But I want to point out, why no one remembers Tony had already sacrificed in the first Avengers? He took the nuke up to the portal and he understood he might end up dying in outer space. He was actually the only one who had to and was willing to choose the ultimate sacrifice in the first assemble of Avengers. Did everyone forget that just because that time he eventually didn't die? So in the end, Cap and Tony were so different, while they were all so similar. In the end, they both were willing to die for the greater good. And it's such great character building that makes Marvel superhero movies at completely another level, far above most other superhero movies that at best are entertaining movies.

Stellvia Hoenheim to make a sacrifice is to give up something you want/need to do something, especially to help people. Tony risking his life and giving many nights of sleep, gaining PTSD, and flying into space to destroy the invading alien race _was_ a sacrifice.

There's also a scene when Loki is in the cage on the Helicraft (Whatever its called) in one scene, we can see a monitor on a control panel that shows the room temperature, the room is warm but Loki is shown to be cold. Small detail but it's amazing

I mean comics Thanos only snapped away half the universe to impress her, rather than it being his entire reason for gathering the gems. In fact, his decision was kind of on a whim. The Gems were mainly to gain as much power as possible to seduce her. Snapping away half the universe wasn't his goal. The MCU hinted towards Lady Death w/ the "To challenge them is to court death" line but they didn't really follow through with that aspect Are you sure *you* read the Infinity Gauntlet comic?

Did you notice that all the Avengers had a moment where they showed up Loki. Cap when he lands at the embassy and defends the people before being one upped by Tony, Natasha when she reversed interrogated Loki. Tony while he had a quiet drink with him, revealed he couldn’t get his magic up and finally blasted him with the new suit. Thor when he begged Loki to abandon this lunacy and got stabbed for it, so he beat him down. Barton when shot the arrow and Loki casually caught it which he was very proud of until it blew up. And, of course, Hulk’s Puny God moment! Even Coulson had his own moment by blowing him through a wall.

Natasha's interogation didn't work for her. The monster Loki was talking about was himself.In Thor 1 he discovered that his life was a lie,that he was adopted and the same race as the ,,monster" that parents tell story's to their children.Upon realisation Loki made a plan to kill all the other,,monsters",but failed.To people like Natasha,Cap and Shield, Hulk is a monster that they hope to control.The only people who don't think so areLoki,Tony and Thor.They brought Loki in.He thinks of himself a monster.So they brough the monster.It wasen't even a lie!To him, he is the monster,but to her is the Hulk!

That's probably one of the reasons why he feels like such a good villain: having dialogues with everyone gives him more depth by making every conflict way more personal, but it also shows that he's sassy enough to always have something snarky or clever to say.

Other Detail: In the Beginning of the Movie, there was a hint for Captain Marvel. The Tesseract Mission was also called Operation Pegasus, it stands on the S.H.I.E.L.D Sign.

That full offensive mode of Tony's HUD was noticed by me during my 3 or 4th re-watch of the film. And that was one of the best scenes, showing the prowess Tony has made with his armours.

@@fadillahm160 it has aged far better thanks to Endgame. Honestly Civil War was the bigger disappointment since nothing really happened. They set up Black Panther and shoved Spider-Man in there for good measure but there isnt much world building nor is there any lasting stakes. The Avengers break up only to reunite against Thanos? Big whoopity. Civil Bore is the problem, not Age of Ultron.

I really like how you get right into the details and avoid fluff. Also you find stuff I've never seen before. Keep doing these. The point of steve Roger's getting a paper dossier versus a high tech version is a great catch. Same with the shawarma place.

Of course I noticed the planet in the background when they show Thanos but I never realized it foreshadowing the snap. Half of life... half a planet... very very very good observation CL!!! Something I didn't notice until I rewatched this movie last week was that when Coulson was trying to call Tony at the beginning of the movie, Tony answers the phone saying something like "you have reached the life model decoy of Tony Stark..." It's like he was hinting at LMDs since they haven't been introduced to the MCU yet.

Great video as always - you make the quarantine period easier :D Unrelated thing to the video, that I noticed about Tony Stark: In Iron Man 3, Tony tells Rhodey that "Noone says 'hack' anymore. We don't live in the 80's". In Spider-Man Homecoming, after Tony and Peter saved the ferry, Tony shouts at Peter "you hacked a multi-million dollar suit". Seems like Tony is a lil hypocritical about the term 'hack', hehe
