I've always really liked this sequel. I feel like it's one of those "really good animated sequels", and it's nice to see more moments of Gru with his daughters. Gru Zinkerbell is a true superhero.

This sequel was way more advanced than the first movie. Like, the animation’s better, Lucy’s a pretty funny character, the purple minions are kinda my favorite part because they’re so crazy, and of course it had that very catchy Happy song by Pharrell that’s been in everyone’s heads for weeks. It’s a pretty good time, not gonna lie.

I love the sequel! I love the new characters Ramsbottom, Lucy, and El Macho. It's really fun, funny, and entertaining and I think it's just as good as the first one. We also got the song popular song Happy from this movie.
