Tbh I think that Zarya potg at 13:31 may have happened because both bubbles saved them from critical hp, and they also both got full charge, so essentially like saving two allies while building energy. It's not much, but it's honest work, and the potg system can respect that.

2:38 yea i love this change too but i noticed that i still get the cooldown bonus even if i get stunned example, if i swing at a whole crowd but ana sleeps me before the swing hits, it'll still have a shorter cooldown even though i didn't actually hit anyone due to stun i feel like i should be punished more for that if i get stunned while mid-swing, i feel like it should have the normal unmodified long cooldown it seems like the cooldown's math accounts for the number of people actively in the swing range, instead of the number of people the swing actually hits

One thing I notice in some of my games is when I have a mercy on my team and I do a big play that gets like 4 people so the mercy damage boosts me afterwards to try to get assist credit.
