Blitz don't discard resources that's why at every port there's an storage vault. Fish spawn every day but dredge stuff takes a while to respawn and some spots don't respawn at all. I know because for me the hardest item to find has been cloth for upgrades and man those spots have taken a lot for me to find them out in the wild after cleaning a spot in order to progress my upgrade tree.

I have the same problem with scrap, I have too much cloth at this point since I filled the upgrade tree with it but nothing else.

Hey blitz if you see any hood figures that won't fish. It's a timed mission you have to feed them quickly. So it's best to wait on doing them

One fair warning. There are some unique dredged items you will need for quests that you can sell without realizing it. Check all dredged items before hitting sell all!

at 17:36 you could have moved the small one slot trinkets you got from the shipwreak to make space for everything you didn't have to discard a metal scrap
