Tip: if you breed turtles and the turtles lay eggs, the eggs will hatch and make babies. If you feed the baby turtles sea grass (with you can collect with shears), they will drop scutes. With those scutes you can make a turtle shell, put it on your head and stay underwater for longer without losing air bubbles as fast. Like this so Luke can see it

Tf imagine irl using shears on baby turtles. And neither can you shear them in Minecraft you need to wait until they grow to pick up their old shells which turns into scutes.

Tip for LUKE: since your base/house is near spawn you can use a compass to guide you back home (compasses show the way back to spawn)

good tip: make a snow golem by putting two snow blocks upwards then put a carved pumpkin (which can be made by a pumpkin and you shear it with the shears) then put the carved pumpkin upwards on the snow, then trap him only showing his legs and get the snow. dont put torches or sunlight there or else it will burn. (btw this is a snow farm.)

Try to explore ravines and caves so that you can find a mob spawner. Don't destroy it place torches on all the sides to stop the mob from spawning then you could make an xp farm which will be very useful to you for enchanting purposes

tip - Make a compass with 4 iron and Redstone dust and it will point in the direction of your spawn point aka you're home (Since at the moment you don't have Redstone dust in your inventory you'll have to mine it under y-16)

You can enchant your sword with fire_aspect and you won’t need the flint and steal, so you can get cooked food easily
