Texas Lottery has been sued before for possibly misleading information regarding top prizes. Though that was about keeping a game out there when top prizes sold. That said though it’s the same principle. They could be sued if there aren’t any top prizes printed for the game and they are advertising it having it

Other patterns include dyslexic numbers next to other, like 13 and 31 next to each other or having 3 in a row ending the same like 28, 18 and 38. Those almost always are lovers as well.
