I was at that con, was my fist time ver going to one, I boght so many things and had a fun time! To all who were there I was the one in the blue and yellow bunny mask. And no not a head a mask, I dont got a full head yet. Thogh my mask felt very unique there!

If a spy disguised as a fur ,a red engineer and a among us can get in, I think it's allowed, but I've sadly never been as I don't have a lot of free time. So double-check first with some people

I don't see why not. Most people in the fandom don't even own a fursuit. Some people will go the gijinka route. Prosthetics seem to be a dying breed, but people do use them. And there's plenty who don't dress up at all.
