I went to my 3rd Get On! Adventure Fest presented by ‪@RevZilla‬ and ‪@ReverMoto‬. This one is in Sturgis, South Dakota and it was a blast just like the other adventure rallies!

you need to wrap your leg in Aluminum foill lol I have never seen a heat burn like that from a long ride that is gnarly

Crazy ! The heat coming off your KTM 890 ADV catalytic converter generated that must head ?? You should remove the Cat and run a short Arrow mid pipe. I did that to my KTM 890 ADV. The muffler runs much cooler after de-Cat.

First time in 20,000 miles. Im thinking its getting clogged up some and getting hotter. I heard the arrow is good and it sounds a lot better. 105 in vegas doesn't help much. Thanks for watching!

Give me a full report on that front tire please. I put a MotoZ RallZ on the front of my Husqvarna 701 and rode to Tuktoyaktuk. Some steel bridges were terrifying others were ok. I’m looking for a new front tire.

I sure will, but the quick version it works good on dirt but I got lots of headshake on the highway with it. Maybe as it wears in even more the headshake will go away but......not yet! Lol

I was up there for the second year as well, we were the first camper across from the main area (you passed us a few times in the video, black on black RAM 2500 and gray camper at 8:21). Had a blast doing the Friday easy route on Thursday, and the medium routes the rest of the weekend. The Tuareg 660 was awesome, but I didn’t get a chance to ride the Triumph… every time I went to the tent, they were closing early (by hours in some cases).

So what's the verdict on the Motoz front tire? I recently put the Motoz Rallz on front and back and I find the front to be pretty squirrelly on grooved concrete (freeway). On the smooth asphalt it was much better. What was your experience on your trip? You know you can get a cat bypass to help with the heat...I have been wanting to do this I am just not sure if and when I might need to swap it back to stock. Not sure how they feel about this stuff in Idaho yet. Curious to get your take on removing the Cat or not. Looks like you had an epic trip. Thanks for posting the vids...

I found the dual venture to be pretty squirrelly at high highway speeds even after 2000 plus miles. The Cat delete is now got me thinking. The heat from the cat is a damn good reason to delete it alone. Ive talked to some people who did the arrow mid pipe and the heat is better but its still hot, just not near as bad. I think most states it would be fine because they never make me do emissions or inspections on my bikes in Nevada, but it is intended for offroad use only.

I saw you at Get on adv fest last week. I meant to come over and say hi, but didn't get a chance. I feel the same way you do about the Motoz Dual venture tire. I'm running it with a Tractionator Adventure tire in the rear on my 1250 GSA. It's great off road, but squirrely at anything over 70 MPH on the highway. It seems to have gotten a little better after 2600 miles. It corners on pavement better than I expected. Holds a line well when leaned over.

As always great content. I'm trying to get a group together for next years Get On! ADV Fest.. I hate to say it, but I may trailer out next year, so I can bring a few bikes that fit the terrain. I'll just have to take the sideways looks from motorcycles riding by calling me a pussy, I know they are saying it, lol, I say the same shit. LULZ

Lots of people trailer out to these events. Its the best way to do it, you get to bring everything with you, and its a way better camping experience. ill probably be doing the same thing from here on out.
