Thank you for sharing your experience! Great vid, with helpful info. QQ - were the shuttles to the parks pretty full, meaning did you have to reserve in advance? I've heard it's hit or miss.

Hey Jessie thanks for the vid, I enjoyed a lot! I'm going next month to Xcaret Arte any advice about tipping the employees of the hotel? Any experience related at all?

Hi! I know I’m not who you originally asked but I’ve been a couple of times and will be there again next month & we always bring cash to tip. We tip everyone, waiters, bartenders, housekeeping, concierge and typically do $5-10 but often end doing more because the service is amazing!

We did! I also saw options to book with Costco, but we had a good price booking directly
