Toby Gray speaks honestly about the realities of prison life, including the various types of inmates and the culture within the prison system. He says it is nothing like you know. He reveals all things like corruption within prisons, the impact of steroids on behavior, and the psychological effects of prison. Toby Gray reflects on his transformation during his sentence and the difficulties of reintegrating into society after prison. He says he feels like he hates everyone. This is an honest and raw interview which concludes with Toby Gray offering advice to young people, emphasizing the challenges of legal compliance in today's society.

Am pessimist ref uk, see crime + prison as private companies propping stockmarket. The way in Cat C he had bird knock into him supermarket whilst in hostel, was that undercover probation behavioural unit seeing how he would react? Then story of lady doing oral on all blokes diff persuasion to him thus keep them coming back?
