On god. I’m pretty sure y’all have a HUGE homeless problem at the moment. I heard it’s even worse down in Los Angeles, and now SoCal just looks like a glorified version of a generic city in Mexico. Hopefully everything gets better where you live, I loved the national parks and mountains that you guys had. Yeah, not everyone is comfy with the crackhead humor. nothing wrong with disliking a type of humor, but its shitty to put someone down for enjoying a different type of humor, but you also gotta see that Michael very clearly holds himself back with Lily. He knows what shes comfortable with and doesnt cross those boundries. you can see he gets more wacky/dark with others (like OTV podcasts with just the guys, when he was on Cold-Ones or the mizfits podcasts. but he also doesnt do those kinda jokes if the situation doesnt require it like when he was on the ice coffee podcast. just remember, theres nothing wrong with enjoying dark humor, but you need to stay within peoples boundries, and actively ignoring peoples boundries for the sake of "dark humor" just makes you a dick.

For sure, you have to find someone who appreciates your personality as it actually is, and not just as they'd wish you to be. It isn't necessarily anyone's fault; sometimes two people just aren't a match at the personality level. It's tough when all the other things match and personality doesn't, but it's good that you figured out what the right move was and made it. If you had stayed, you would have just been unhappy for longer, as bitter as that pill is to swallow.

It’s still really good but it feels more like they’re becoming a chain now, while the chowders and crab at the small markets on the Wharf still seem really authentic.
