Regarding your question about security bro... Over here we have "lifestyle estates" which are all access controlled, meaning, you can't get in if you don't live there... They're usually golf estates or lake estates, etc... This house is clearly on some kind of estate that's why all the houses look similar in colour and style... So it's super safe and no, you don't need to go and check every door, actually when you go sleep you can even leave your doors and windows open in summer if it's too hot, you don't even need a wall or gate around your yard. Hope that answers your question

To answer your question about security: The house is in a walled estate with very high perimeter security. Therefore your house itself doesn't need much security. This is very popular in South Africa because house robberies are very common and people don't like living in a "fortress".

Most houses in Durban are North facing so they get both the sunrise and the sunset. Sunsets in Durban are incredible.

They live in gated estates so there is little to no crime in those areas.
