Thank you for this informative content. I will like to ask, would you advise us the newbies to just get an unfurnished apartment? Is it cheaper to furnish it ourselves or go for a furnished one?

Thanks so much for watching. I think it depends on what the furnished ones are offering. Like, what’s the price difference between furnished and unfurnished. One thing I like about unfurnished is that, once you buy the required things, they are now yours. No matter where you move to you can carry them with you. None of them are bad… it just depends on what the price difference is, and what you currently have in your pocket. About if it’s cheaper, i personally would rather furnish it myself once and for all, and be paying the price of the unfurnished, than to be paying a more expensive price for a furnished one monthly. But in the end, take price difference into consideration before making that choice.

If you are single, you could get accommodation between £450-£500 or even cheaper in some places… maybe you could ask more specific questions that I can answer.

Hi, the name of the market is on full display… so if you input that on google map, I shouldn’t be too difficult to find. It’s in Openshaw and quite popular. I couldn’t get an actual postcode for it but you should find it easily with the name via google maps. Thanks.
