his hairline is very normal and not receding much. pretty sure with finasteride and minoxidil he couldve gone without surgery for years. and 4000 grafts is crazy for his hairline

What they don't show you is the donor area and what they don't tell you is that if you aren't taking medication afterwards, you could end up ultimately going bald anyways. Only difference is you'll have FUE scars all over the back and sides of your head. Some are more noticeable than others, especially when you take 4000 grafts from the back and sides unnecessarily. This guy needed maybe 2000?

Exactly. He didn't even need a transplant for such a minor hairline recession. A combination of topical (1ml at night) and oral minox (2.5mg in the day) along with finestaride 1mg could've been sufficient. Adding a dermarolling routine to it would've added to the gains. A buzz cut with 0.5mm dermarolling twice a week then switching to 1mm when the hair grows longer can work wonders

Many of these clinics in Turkey operate in an unethical way imo. Like you said, he didn't need this many grafts (if he even got that many as the clinic said they would). He probably didn't even need any to begin with. But the clinics just want money

I was 18 when I started loosing hair I'm 23 now and I've tried every dermatologist treatments and then I went to a psychiatrist and he recommended I took zinc vitamin 500mg and ecitalopram to reduce stress, you can look up the use of zinc for the body, any ways I'm 23 now I've only been using this for about 2 to 3 weeks and my hair started growing unlike any treatment I've use before, I pray this work for you too.

Your brother's hair looked fine even without the hair transplant. Using Minoxidil and better shampoo (Not even Finasteride) could potentially fix the issue in few months. Also 4000 grafts looked too much for the small area that needed more hairs.

I’m working 2 full time jobs to get all the things I need and want . 6 am to 2:30 then 2 minutes away I go in from 3 to 11:30 pm . I still sleep 5 hours and I’m off weekends . Turning 50 in April and I am balding from my crown and my hair line has already receded with thinning hair. I honestly look like I am close to 60 because of my hair loss

They did this whole advertisement video because the clinic reached out to them, was interested in being marketed in their 6.5 million channel in exchange for a free of charge procedure. The Zuniga have money but not that much. His procedure in the USA would be 20k easily. Of course, they will make you believe they paid the fees, is an advertisement, they're not going to say it was free. For the Clinic is an investment, one free procedure is NOTHING, they will get clients from this, as this is a style and men's looks channel. Many who are concerned with beard, hair, skin, etc. That's why Zunigas did it, couldn't pass up free procedure even if is turkey. They literally only paid food and travel. The hotel and transportation was included.

Im sure it’s not the graft number. It should be around 1500 grafts as each graft has around 3-4 follicles. He seems mistaken between grafts and follicles.

Isn't 4k graft a lot just for the temples? What if the sheeding progresses and in 10 years he will be NW 5 but with temple hair? And not with a lot of hope for a second surgery because they already took 4k grafts.

@@needum9212 its actually better to wait as long as you can to see full effects balding before doing the surgery. if you do it when you are 20, you might be doing catchup until 40 and run out of donor hair. no one under 30 should do this unless you lost all your hair ontop which some men can lose by early 20s
