I am going to buy this product soon and also the wheat grass juice powder. I want these both in my green smoothies everyday. Thank you Dr. Berg for such wonderful products.

I'm taking Dr. Berg's probiotics. You can look up the ingredients and types of bacterias is in it. I take it for 2 weeks on and off. I used to go every 3-4 days since I was in HS. I also take kirkland fiber supplements when i didn't have enough fiber. My stomach is now trained to go every 2 days without having to take it which is a great improvement. I still want to continue using it. I also only eat 2 meals a day and fast 12-15 hrs for other health benefits. My diet has fiber daily from mostly veggies . I also take supergreen powder from Dr.Amen. He also makes great brain health supplements. You can do some research if you like. He is a well known physiatrist. I only used 2 of his products and I love it. The brain supplement gave me natural energy through out the day with only take 2 capsules instead of 4. I'm only 100lbs so my body can't handle 4 capsules. It was not a good experience. Felt like I had too much coffee and had to take a nap in for 3 hrs.
