The first 2 American Pie films where mostly based on screen writer Adam Herz & his friends during High School at East Grand Rapids High School in East Grand Rapids, Michigan & College days for American Pie 2. I saw all 4 films in theaters when they came out. The first American Pie that came out in 1999 I was only 10 years old & it was the first R-rated film that I saw in theaters.

@@WolfsDENope. My mom & step dad where the ones to take me, older sister, 3 step siblings & some friends to see American Pie in 1999. This was the first R-rated film I saw in theaters at 10 years old but was not the first R-rated film i saw they had first shown me the film Fast Times at Ridgemont High around 6 years old. At time they owned the film on laser disc.

There actually 8 American Pie movies but only the main 4 are the best American Pie, American Pie 2, American Wedding and American Reunion. The others aren't that good but in the movie Book of Love it tells you that Jim's dad wrote the Book that Kevin was looking through to learn how to go down on his girl and learn different positions.

Yeah, the other 4 just are not very good. They have some good moments, but nowhere near as good as the real 4. The only one for me that comes close at all, is The Naked Mile, and that is mostly because one never expects that it is Jim's dad who started that tradition as well back in college. Dude was a true freak before Jim ever thought to be one. I think that is why he is so chill about Jim's freaky side. He remembers that age, the things he did and never lost touch with it.

When me and friends went to see this my freshman year of college, they all actually looked at me when Stifler's charcter came out they all just looked at me. Then when part 2 came out it pretty much sealed the deal I was our groups Stifler. And my friends wre definitely like like the dorky guys here. But some how we just fit together

Think I was around 6 to 8 when I first saw a porno, I was sick from school and me and my mom did go to rent a movie back in '86 or 88 depending when it was exactly. NY way, so the girl that worked that day was a temp and accidently did put in the wrong tape in the case and so we got home and I put the tape in and started to watch. My mom was making some food and was busy in the kitchen, she was wondering why it was so quite, because usually I was laughing at tom and jerry. She comes in to the living room and see me sitting there with a look I can't even describe and she yelled out load and my brother older brother that had come in like a min before her was just standing there with a big smile, he would of been like 16 at that time. And well story can go on for abit, but to make it short my mom did go back with the tape and we ended up with free rentals for a month :P

If you want to watch the others, they're in the same style, so be ready for good or bad sex jokes, so if you liked the genre, you'll like the others, if you didn't like, look for something else for your next reaction. So this movie didn't come out without controversy. So just like boys jumping off roofs trying to be superman. We had guys trying to test the "apple pie theory". With one super smart guy not even waiting for the pie to cool down and eneded up in hospital with a burned peepee. Yeah how us as men have survived this long amazes me.

american pie came out in 1999 and it was so popular it had LOADS of sequels. the general point of them is to make sex relatable but also funny. it is a series of films that i feel todays woke culture would never accept...but honestly who cares...they're missing out on some amazing stuff. AP is literally about "sex and hormones is something we all have to deal with...so let's just talk about it...and have some laughs at the same time." and it worked...it made a lot of money.
