I’m going to put this on repeat for my mom. She beat stage 3 lymphoma and has been in remission since 2016. Now, she was told it’s back. She’s already given before even getting started. Doubting herself as if she wasn’t the one who fought for her life. He ain’t through with her yet. She has purpose in this life. And I’ll make sure she’s supported along the way.

From the start of march I’ve done 50 push ups and 50 sit ups each day and I can say with confidence that I have gotten stronger thanks to these types of videos, I don’t know what I would’ve done without them :’)
