In my old school, we used to have stairs with multiplication facts up to 12*12, so whenever we had a mad minute (where you have to do 100 easy problems in 1 min) we would spend extra time in the stairs 😅

My school didn't have pencils or pens if anyone (even the teachers) found one in the floor or desk they would just take it for themselves. The two art teachers we had would sell pencils even used one to students that needed one 50cents for one and its because a lot of students would leave them in a hurry for next class since art,drama and the band building was put further away from the four main buildings

That bubble wrap and nap room are enough for me. Students there are lucky. Some schools in my country (Philippines) are accessible after you cross three rivers, climb two steep hills. Students there are happy if the teacher brings new books and chalks.

DanTDM Jr. Actually more and more middle and high schools (which I doubt you're in yet) are using iPads or laptops than you think. But it's not usually as exciting as you'd think it would be.

these are cool ideas. I was floored one year when I went to take my lid to orientation for 1st grade and realized the school had installed combination drinking/water bottle filling fountains. they aren't like the one picture shown here, they are all in one wall mounted water stations. they all also have counters on them to let everyone know the amount of plastic bottles that didn't end up in landfills because of the refilling stations.

In my school we had bean bags in the library and we could sleep there. The librarian was amazing. We also had a 'school club' which was a place in the attick which had matresses, pillows, snooker table. But you had to pick up the keys so students didn't really use it that much so I would go there to sleep (that was before there were the bean bags in the library).

Wir hatten gar keine Schließfächer. Zu unserer Zeit war man froh, wenn die Toiletten benutzbar waren. We did not have any lockers. When I went to school we were grateful for functioning toilets.
