I don't have a paper fetish, I read books on a kindle but man there is nothing like those paper tickets and the satisfaction when they get out of the machines tickets slot

I actually prefer physical tickets. You can choose at my arcade if you want real tickets or straight to card. Real tickets makes everyone look at you in envy and it makes you spend less since you have to spend time redeeming them and waiting for machines to spit them out.

Dark mode for everything! There used to be this game at Chuck E. Cheese in the 90’s that used magnets where you had to cover the moon. I’d love to play that again. You look fantastic and of course, great video!

Full size Skee-Ball alley, no doubt... always my favorite. Growing up, at our local arcade, if you pulled slowly on the tickets, you could keep feeding them out. Never took a lot extra but made it more of a fair game, lol

@@arcade_matt If you engage in target practice on the 4,000 or 40 hole you can refine your technique to hit Skee Ball jackpots when you graduate to the 10,000 or 100.

These old token action games are the most satisfying. Our Dave and Buster's reopened, but the only token action games are coin pushers. The Minions game is shut off. Raptor Captor is a ball shooting game, which is fun. I love games with mechanical moving parts where you aim and release/fire, especially coin action ones. So much more satisfying than the digital stuff.

A fond memory I have is when I was on vacation in Holland and I played Tower of Tickets. Hit the 1000 and it was physical tickets. Took ages to count out and I got some looks from other people in the arcade.

I would go with SkeeBall as my free Arcade game. Doesn’t give a lot of tickets, but it’s a classic, it’s fun, and it has always been my favorite game. 😊

Theres a place in Canada where they have physical tickets It's called The Great Canadian Midway in Niagara Falls

I love that the tickets are paper ones so classic i know why alot of places dont have that anymore tho its a pain in the butt and i saw this one utube video where people would take for example a butter knife and there's a locking mechanism that keeps the tickets in place if you jam something in there and unlock it you cab juat gradually pull as many tickets out as you want

Star Trek coin pusher! Or, an older game, called Jugglin' Jasper that was at Chuck E Cheese when I was a kid. It's basically Crazy Clown from Coastal Amusements, just redone to have a Chuck E Cheese theme.

I just went to the arcade at Adventure Zone in Geneva on the lake in Ohio and they use quarters for their arcade games with physical tickets with the coin action games

Not sure if this counts, but I would love the Medal Tower of Babel. It is a Japanese Arcade game, similar to a coin pusher. The bonus round in the game builds this giant tower of coins and watching the huge tower of coins fall off the edge is so satisfying to watch

@ArcadeMatt you would love geneva on the lake in Geneva Ohio it’s definitely worth the trip a ton of different arcades with ticket games and token action new old ect it’s not that far for a long weekend away it’s only about 2 hours from me in Ohio and I’m only 35 minutes from Robinson mall so for you it would be about 3 hours or so it’s so worth looking into you would have a blast and make a ton of videos I was just there over the 4th of July and had a blast .

Theme parks are open in the uk now u should try to go to Alton towers it’s a brilliant place matt they got loads of arcades and carnival games there but u got to book online when everything is Calming down. I’m looking forward to go back.

I have always preferred physical tickets. When you hit a Jackpot and have that mountain of tickets piling up at your feet, that gets the attention of everyone who happens to pass by you. The attention a huge pile of tickets commands kind of gives you that High Roller status feeling. At the end of your session you get that nice lengthy cooldown time as you feed the ticket shredder and watch the counter climb. They are all good feelings.

I would want these 1920s claw machines at Marty’s play land in ocean city md. They give me so much nostalgia from when I was a kid in the 90s. They are my fav thing. It has a crank handle to move the claw.

Where I live the jackpot for Doodle Jump is normally a minimum of 300 tickets and it goes up by 2 I think for every loss until someone gets the jackpot, then it goes back to 300. I’ve gotten the jackpot before so it’s definitely possible lol

We have loads of physical ticket in uk best one I've been to was at witham st annes pier loads of 90s arcade machines. Quite a few penny rollers and 2p machines.

I find it so funny that you guys are so excited when you see physical tickets because here in the UK we get so annoyed with them because of the time they take, and get rather excited when we see card readers 😂. Arcades opened today and it was so good to be back!
