I grew up in a Mormon family. I was taught that playing the lottery was sinful. So I developed this strong belief. BUT my grandmother who was not a member of this church was playing the lottery on a regular basis, because she wanted to bless her children and grandchildren. So, in my head is a fight going on, because from a neutral point of view I wonder why playing and winning should be bad? Anyways, one day I came across Mark A. Haughton and he said: "Ask God/your higher self/the Universe for the winning numbers.". I just followed this advice, asked and immediately saw all the numbers! Mark gave the advice to keep playing until I win. My question: how can I bless my family if they believe that winning the lottery is bad? I am carrying so much guilt and shame with me... can I win the lottery anyways?

Hi Hero. If a drug dealer give me a huge amount of money, I would pray over it, sanctify it, and use it for God's glory and to help people. It doesn't matter where the money came from. It matters what you do with it.

Hi Sam... My opinion only. Lottery is gambling. It's definitely wrong to gamble IF it gets out of control. It can be compared to spending money going to a ball game, a play, or something else you enjoy if you control yourself and set a limit on it.

Hi June. I'm not saying NO. The way faith works is, you find a scripture that promises you what you need and believe it. There is no scripture that promises that you or me will win the lottery, but Philippians 4:19 promises to meet our every need.

Till trying to figure out how im suppose to take this story 😂 i had a dream i won a big jackpot and in the dream i was given the numbers. I also had a dream that i kept getting wheat and corn ... Literally as soon as the wheat and corn was gone it would come right back ... It was replenishing so fast that you never seen it empty ... Then when i woke up it was so real that i had tears in my eyes because i couldnt understand i kept asking the invisible person in the dream why does it keep coming back like that etc. Then out of nowhere i started thinking about so.ething in Amos but i didnt know exactly where but my mind kept saying its in Amos so i read Amos searching for something that would help me... By the time i got to Amos 9: 13 😮😮😮😮 it said something like the days are coming when the plowman will overtake the reaper... Im still trying to totally process this because this was years ago and im still looking for this to come to pass...

This title and your example is very deceptive. You use this analogy of winning the lottery and Gods word manifesting, yet you have yet to win the lottery that you spoke of hence debunking what you are speaking about. I believe in confession and declaring Gods word, but you have miss categorized it, and it’s truth. Just look at all the comments. They are using Jesus name to “win” the lottery yet missing the whole point of the power of Gods word. Very sad.

Hi Michel. I never said I won the lottery and I never said you should believe God to win the lottery. God does want every believer to prosper the right way, but doesn't promise we will win the lottery
