Things I love the most about this channel 1. It’s seriously never click bait! 2. The dedication to the videos even though he doesn’t have a lot of subs in comparison to people that do these kinds of videos 3. I found this channel by accident and I’m happy I stayed 4. Just a quick tip for you about the algorithm: If KZfaq sees that a video has a CTR higher than 10% and a watch time higher than 50% of the video it will almost always recommend it to TONS of people.

Not kidney failure, more like muscle exhaustion. There was a guy in the philippines who died from doing squats as a punishment for going out to getting water for his child when there was a lockdown going on.

@@clementine2234 You can get kidney failure from too much muscle tissue in your bloodstream caused by working out for such a obsered amount of time. The amount of muscle tissue becomes to much for your kidneys to handles which will cause kidney failure and and a blood clot
