It's a top notch driver, I bought it, I do lots of woodworking, the 2 batteries are a great advantage and they hold a good long charge, and of course the switch drive is a dream, I recommend it to any wooworker or DIYers. It may not be the best for long term construction work, (but it ain't created for that Yo) So all this aside, Its a great tool for any home. Good Video.

Thanks for the video. Does it require the use of a proprietary drill bit? That drill bit has a hex end to it, versus normal bits that are just round. Do standard bits work too? Thanks again Cool.

if it has a brush inside of it then yes there should be sparks and should have a burning small to lol only ones that dont have sparks or the small is the brushless ones but they cost more money to make all of the big tool companys have one

Also when you're on the ladder changing bits, things fall. Now you have to climb down the ladder. I've had the drills fall. And I get frustrated and what to fly the drill.

Dude, it's just surprises me so much on how you actually made your own office yourself. Did you get at least some help?
@iBertz
@iBertz 8 жыл бұрын
+REDAPPLE4LIFE I am full of surprises! Sometimes I can't believe the things I'm able to do lol, but In the beginning days when i started, I did have some help getting measurements for the foundation and some occasional handing me stuff. Overall, I did everything else myself around 80%.

@CooLoserTech Great video 👍 How long did it take for you to build your office, since you built it by yourself? #EpicJob!!
@iBertz
@iBertz 8 жыл бұрын
+babiboib7 Thanks! yea I would have to say like 2 months worth maybe. I started building it 5 years ago as a simple plain wood storage, but I ended up moving back to my moms 4 years later after I built it halfway, because I can't afford to live out on my own. So I decided to convert this into an office, therefor really putting in some effort to make it look like a room. I spent a lot of money on this and still paying it off my credit card haha, but it beats wasting money on rent somewhere else.
@babiboib7
@babiboib7 8 жыл бұрын
+CooLoserTech Your welcome! The time it took to build it came out to be well worth it I must say. Thank goodness for your moms👍👏, man. Ohh yes!! its quite expensive living on your own without any decent help, I can attest to that lol. Ugh!! having bills are a #Bummer. The return on your investment may/can come in ten folds in the future. 👍

You did good! Makita makes a far superior tool.
@MadMetalShop
@MadMetalShop 5 жыл бұрын
Oh boy. First that is not a huge battery. That has to be one of the smallest standard batteries in the industry that comes with many rebranded Chinese tools. Which is what I believe this probably is. Swear ive seen it before under a different name. That bat is probably 1.5 ah at most while for basically the same price and better specs Makita sells a kit with charger a standards 3.0 ah battery AND comes with a carry bag. They go on sale for 100 bucks regularly. Third the torque setting isn't to keep a bit from "camming out". It's to set the depth for the head to be driven into the material. The reason your bit is camming out is not because of torque but rather the Philips bit you have. Some screws appear to be Philips but are actually posi drive or JSI screws. Different profile then Philips and you need a different bit. Just my 2 cents.
