The Minecraft mod "Botania" has vocaloid songs as achivement titles. The first one I saw was "A Realistical Logical Ideologist" for opening up a book, and I nearly had a heart attack.

the fact that this song came out when i was in elementary school blows my mind. i listened to this so much growing up. old vocaloid really has a different feel to it... much more raw i guess? i miss this era ngl

"Your existence is like air. Even if you weren't here, it'd be the same." At first that line made me sad, but then I started laughing because I realized that if there was no air, everyone would b suffocate and die, so if my existence was like air then that would mean everybody would need me just to live.

This song depicts a personal struggle without too much drama... I wish there were more songs like this.

To me, the song is about how others blindly look down upon her when they know nothing about her at all. They tell her that she is what they tell her to be. But she rebels. Everyone is writing the laws and judging the masses, but she refuses to accept their selfish logic. She holds contempt for the institutions (Science? Religion? Law? Society?) that attempt to pin her down and force her to conform. They are self righteous and gratifying, too blinded by their own beliefs to see the torture that they inflict upon her. She has a dream that she is questioning because the whole of society is bearing down on her, and she is trying to figure out if she is justified or not.

When she says that everyone tells her that she is an idiot and enemy of all of them I can relate to that. I say this because back in my school days pretty much everyone thought that I was an insignificant useless idiot and sometimes it seemed like they also thought of me as their enemy, I still can't believe that I was able to pull through my school life, it was horrible.

This was my favorite song for a good chunk of highschool. I usually have a hard time picking favorite songs, but I love this.

Years ago I would listen to this song and just cry because I related to it so much. I felt understood and that I wasn’t alone in my feelings. Now I’ve gotten out, gotten help, and made a great life for myself. I’m genuinely happy with myself and life now. It’s really nostalgic listening to this. It makes me proud knowing how far I’ve come and that song helped me in some way to overcome it.

Came back here after 8 years, I suddenly had the urge to listen to this song again out of the blue. Still a Vocaloid and Utaite fan throughout the years :)

It may relate to expectation. "Isn't it ok, though, if it's just in my dreams" expresses a disconnect between how she wishes to be perceived, and how she is perceived. Ia finds herself unable to resolve the paradox in that she seeks acceptance from the very source of her anguish (society). Ultimately she takes solace in memories that do not reflect reality. The ideologist knows this of course, yet she allows herself to be satisfied with illusions. Because by doing so she gives them meaning.

This was my first Vocaloid song. It's incredible how much thought there is behind the lyrics, and the video and especially the song are amazing. Still listen to it from time to time, always makes me nostalgic. I can so much relate to the last 3 lines of this song, it's almost scary. It's like the words came right out of my soul. The first of these lines actually makes me think, why should I be nostalgic? "The past was good" a beautified lie. Such a deep but such a true statement.

This song reminds me of my struggles with maturity and gifted kid syndrome. I've spent a lot of my life trying to fit in with a world that I feel like I don't belong in, where I'm constantly told I'm wrong for not fitting in with my "friends" who don't get me. I always feel like my existence in this world is of no consequence - even I weren't to exist, the world would continue turning, would roll on as if I never mattered.

think the song is about a lonely girl who finds every detail important and judges,like in the beginning when she was criticizing the news,person saying anyone can talk like that with a script. However.However she is often bullied for doing that,so in the end she disappears..or something like that..

What I'm getting from this is that society is constantly judging you and telling you you're wrong, even if you're right. It's a strange reality that, unfortunately, many of us have to face on a a day-to-day basis. Sounds pretty depressing when you think about it.

After 5 years, I finally listened to this song again

I feel oddly connected to this song. I can't explain it the feeling but this song just described it perfectly. I considered myself "different" from my classmates because of what they are treating me. Up until now, I still get weird glances and looks whenever I say something unfamiliar or hard to understand for them. Some of them would make fun of me for my views, opinions and beliefs. And some would just roll their eyes whenever I say something truthful about the society. They don't say that I'm different, but I don't need words to confirm that because I could tell from their body language. It's a good thing that I'm not the only one who thinks like this at the class. And hence, the reason why I could survive high school.

I've always liked this song. Always felt like I could vaguely relate to it, but I wasn't sure in what aspect. Now, after hearing it for the 100'th time, I realize this describes me with my family. They look down on me for being different not conforming to society. I went through a tragedy earlier this year and they used it as an excuse to attack me instead of being there for me. I would show them this song to let them know how I feel, but upon seeing it they'd prolly ignore it because it's me.
