@@HellionIsFUCKINGTakenThe formula in item asylum is: damage(1-resistance). So 100% would be invincible it's just resistance effectiveness is capped at 99%

Any defense over 99% will deduced to 99% Meaning you will take 1% Damage which mean x100 effective HP

Da Capo give 60% Defense at maximum kill, Fire Force add 45% more Defense, This push defense at 105% but due to game code, it count as 99% Resistance which mean you take only 1% Damage incoming Result in x100 Effective HP which mean at that point, you have 14,000 Effective HP

Im pretty sure some enemies in Uncertified got a buff, examples are the soldiers, they are alot faster, they barely even miss a bullet, they dont have broken AI anymore like getting stuck all over the place, and they dont go wander around the map instead they head straight to the statue

Finally someone else realized that da capo + movement 4 gives you 100+ defense and makes you not take fire force burn damage

that was buen nullification, it happens when you get over 99%. game still makes you take damage like if you had 99% defence, but you get fire and poison resist.
