He saw peach and she ran into her high riser apartment and so he climbed up a flag pole and tried to get inside her place but he just slid back down because his hands were full of cow poop and turtle blood. He tried to get inside the apartment and the security guy with an edgar cut (toad) told him that she didn't live there just to get him to leave. He noticed many apartment building and he couldn't tell them apart in his state so he just went apartment to apartment, he could never go back to the same apartments twice because of all the security guards with edgar cuts (linear sidescroller) so he spray painted his clothes green and tried to get in again. I think that's what happened anyway.
