I heard that Capcom Japan were so appalled by the arcade game that they decided to try and reconstitute it into something more along the lines of ST. I think they just selected certain frame poses from the arcade version and tried to re-build and re-time the moves with them.

Man this is the version i grew up playing, i had it on the Saturn. It's basically an ugly version of Super Turbo lol. One cool thing i actually did like (the only thing really) were the EX moves, i thought they were pretty cool in this one, and what's dumb is that once you get full super meter you can just do EX moves all you want without the meter draining at all unless you do super. I might be wrong, but i think this was actually the first SF with EX moves believe it or not.

Actually, the PS1 version of Street Fighter: The Movie is the Movie Version of Super Turbo as you can also do juggle combos for example, Chun-Li 's super followed with a tenshokyaku afterwards. And also, just like the Super Turbo versions, both Chun and Honda also have the special super charge!
