there is not a smarter receiver in the game than cooper kupp. it is why he can set up db's and get open so often. he is not the fastest but has short area quickness. when he was drafted he said he modeled his game after larry fitzgerald, another guy who was not that fast but was always open. dude did alright. number two all time in receiving behind rice, another guy who was not the fastest but always got open.
