Here are some things I do which helped me attain skin free from acne and healthy all day. - Use a mild face cleanser that eliminates excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH too. - Eat a nutritious diet. Stay away from oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise aids purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often coz our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face. - Once or twice a week, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Apply rice berry vitamin C face serum everyday as it has antioxidant properties and it helped me fade blemishes and I got radiant skin. - Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steam, scrubbing, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other things you use coz they can host germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.

Yes it feels soo good to take care of ourselves , when I was in hostel I used to do everything by myself even full body wax , bikini wax ..but fir mujhe laga jb mai financially independent hu hi to kyu itni mehnat krni parlour jao ... fir ek din garima apka vlog dekha to fr se lga ki paise bachane me koi burai nhi h or jitna ache se hum khud ki care krte h salons me nhi ho pati utne ache se ...now I do my wax whenever I get free time and it's feels relaxing or thoda bht Paisa bacha kr b bht Khushi milti h
